Tell us a few words about yourself. Where are you from? What is your education, and interests?

I come from the Lublin region, I came to Bialystok to study. By education, I am a microbiologist. However, I decided to develop in another direction. I try to persistently pursue the goal I set for myself. I don’t like to disappoint myself or people close to me. I stand firmly on the ground and believe that there are no unsolvable problems.

I take great pleasure in cooking, thanks to which I can break away from everyday life for a while. On autumn evenings I also like to sit down over a good book. I try to spend every free moment with my family and friends. My loved ones are my greatest value. I also value honesty, sincerity and constructive criticism.

How did you land at CERI?

I came to CERI in 2017 based on a recommendation of my friend. It was supposed to be a short adventure, as I was in the middle of my doctoral studies. After a year, an opportunity to develop and go to Germany arose. Then I struggled with a difficult decision – to develop further at CERI or, however, to follow the scientific path and finish my PhD? As you can see, I chose the first option and I am happy with it.

What has your career at CERI been like so far?

I started my path at CERI as a banking support process assistant in the EBASE team, and after a year I became a consultant. I then went to Magdeburg, where I was trained to handle a new process – Online Service. I was then promoted to the position of specialist, and since January 2021 I have been the Coordinator of Online Service and address change processes.

To whom would you recommend working at CERI?

I would recommend working at CERI to people who want to develop on many different levels. With various departments, everyone can find something for themselves. The company offers a lot of opportunities that are worth taking advantage of.
