Tell us something about yourself. Where are you from? What is your education and interests?
My name is Kacper, I was born in 1991, in Łódź, Górna district. By education I am a logistics engineer, specializing in information systems in logistics. In my free time, to get rid of everyday problems and other existential ills, I do sports, such as squash, jogging, and swimming. I also spend a lot of time in company of my PlayStation.
How did you get to CERI?
I was looking for new opportunities and one day I saw an interesting offer from CERI, for a position related to business process management. As luck would have it, internal rotation occurred but HR department called me with another job offer, which I accepted.
What has your work at CERI looked like so far?
I started my career at the Company with CKORF, as a Loan Administration Assistant in the London team. It was a very interesting work for a person without previous contact with loans (except for their own). After six months, recruitment process for security man in the ZKJ team was opened. I couldn’t resist the temptation and I successfully passed the recruitment process, so in February 2019 I became a security consultant at CERI.
Who, in your opinion, should look for employment at CERI?
Everyone who wants to move away from their current job and see a completely different world of finance.
