Some individuals aim to acquire proficiency in a foreign language, others focus on honing coaching skills, and some aspire to roles as analysts or financial market experts. We recognize the diverse paths for skill expansion because we understand that well-planned self-development ensures success and personal satisfaction. In the second quarter of 2022 alone, every other CERI employee participated in development programs organized within the company.
Internal Training
From April to June 2022, our Trainers collectively spent 113 hours in virtual MS Teams training rooms. They conducted lectures, workshops, and shared knowledge on topics such as Excel, payment cards, and labor law. In total, 32 training sessions were held, with 385 participants.
Competency Development Academy
As part of the CDA, we facilitate skill and competence development for participants in their proposed roles. This is achieved through the organization of internal and external training courses, along with specialized projects spanning both the employment unit and the entire company.
In the 3rd edition of the Competency Development Academy, a total of 39 people expressed their commitment to continuous growth, affirming, “I don’t want to stand still!” Notably, the role of Internal Trainer emerged as the most popular choice, with just under 55% of CERI employees aiming to develop in this direction. Additionally, 30% expressed interest in training as a Change Manager, and 15% as an Analyst.
Language Courses and Continuous Development
Following another successful call for language courses, it is evident that offering these courses to our employees remains highly valuable. A remarkable 180 people have demonstrated a keen interest in investing their time and energy to enhance their proficiency in English and German. We are only at the midpoint of our development activities this year. Despite this, our experts consistently ensure that the array of internal training, language courses, and development programs is diverse and well-prepared.
